Traditions Notes

Schedule for this week is as follows.......

Monday

kickline 7pm

ensemble 7:45

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

full cast 6pm

please be on time.....this does not mean parking at call time.

Please come to the theater with your makeup on and hair done, starting Tuesday, (unless you have specialized makeup or wigs) Hair must be off your face.

anyone wearing a wig must bring a wig cap

bring black bobby pins

makeup (Everyone should be wearing makeup)

Don't forget tights (if you have been asked to wear them)

DEODORANT

Don't forget to underdress

tub or basket with lid to keep your parts and pieces in. Label everything in your box. Do not bring valuables. ....no HUGE storage organizers...there is no room.

Bring all your costumes, parts and pieces with you. They will stay at the theater. You can not bring your costumes home.

You can park in Horton Plaza, but make sure you get validation for three hours, or you can park in the NBC building for a flat rate. Remember, after 6 metered parking is free.

Please do not drop your children off at the street to run into the theater. I need them to be walked up to the stage door to be checked in.

I will be at the theater tomorrow to get some more information about the theater and backstage. I will let you know of any more details that could possibly make this easier for all of you.
